Ricky was a hard worker. He worked hard every day. He removed our bannisters and replaced them with more modern handrail and glass. We also had new storage fitted under the stairs. He listened to what we wanted and offered advice regarding what would work best. He was polite and friendly and a pleasure to have in our house. Work was completed to a good standard and we are happy with the results. He responded quickly to messages. We would recommend him and would be happy to use him again.

Ricky did a fubulous job, he was so professional and is very polite . had an idea that was bought to life. He knew exactly what I wanted. His work was finished to a high standard which I really liked, just took him 3 days start to finish, and left my house in a clean state at the end of each day, I didn’t need to clean much after he left. I will be recommending him to friends and family. I have another project that his coming back to do very soon.

I regret not having Ricky do my stair installation from the start! He is knowledgably and experienced and was able to install what I needed without any fuss. He was such a pleasant person to work with but also gave great advice and problem solving suggestions. He is excellent in what he does and he will be returning to install a new handrail for me. I fully recommend Ricky.

Ricky was very quick to respond to our initial request and visited very quickly after the initial conversation about what was required. He offered several solutions to the problem and quotes for each. We agreed on how the job would be completed and a date to start. Prior to the start date Ricky contacted to say he had an issue and couldn’t make it on the first day, no problem for us. He started the day after, his work is of excellent quality and the result even better than we had expected, we are really pleased. He cleaned up and left the house spotless. Couldn’t thank Ricky enough for transforming our staircase. Ricky provided great ideas and advised what he thought would look best, albeit always made sure I was happy with the decision. Really happy with the result and it has completely changed the look of the house - for the better 🙂
